Henderson Global Investors has extended the fundraising period on its Henderson U.K. Industrial Fund and will now be receiving commitments until Dec. 31, 2014. The fund, which is a partnership between Henderson and Centurion Properties, is still targeting £100 million ($164 million) in fundraising from investors.
The core/core-plus fund is focused on multi-tenant industrial assets that offer diversified short- to medium-term income streams in locations with sustainable tenant demand and underlying land value.
The fund targets institutional investors with a bias toward the private wealth and family office space, and expects an IRR of 8.5 percent over the five-year life of the fund.
