Heitman Real Estate Debt Partners II, a closed-end debt fund managed by Heitman, has collected $300 million in a first close.
The fund was seeking to raise $300 million in capital commitments and was backed by five investors, according to an SEC Form D filed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The debt fund will invest in debt assets in the United States.
The Heitman Real Estate Debt Partners Fund series is designed for clients seeking senior and mezzanine debt investment opportunities, including insurance companies, pension funds, banks and individual investors.
The firm declined to comment on its recent fundraising activity.
