Heitman, a global real estate investment management firm, has appointed Dan Butler as senior vice president of consultant relations within its client service and marketing group.
In his new role, Butler will focus on relationship management and business development with investment consultants and outsourced chief investment officers, supporting the firm’s institutional capital formation efforts.
Dan brings nearly two decades of experience leading capital raising, investor relations, and investment advisory initiatives across real estate and real assets investment strategies. Most recently, he worked in Sera Global’s private capital advisory group. Prior to Sera Global, Butler held capital raising and investor relations roles at Round Hill Capital, Brookfield Asset Management and ARA, where he led capital formation initiatives for a variety of real assets investment vehicles and partnered with investors across global markets.
