Heifer International Foundation is searching for a manager to run a $2 million open-end core real estate portfolio.
The $94 million foundation’s investment consultant, Dahab Associates, posted an RFP on its website.
According to the RFP, Heifer International is looking for managers who invest in socially responsible properties. Proposals must include the most recent result of the GRESB real estate survey of the manager’s portfolio.
Proposals are due Oct. 15, and a date for a decision has yet to be determined
