Artemis Real Estate Partners has raised $75 million so far for a new fund, according to a filing with the SEC.
Artemis Real Estate Partners Healthcare Fund I is seeking $300 million to invest in healthcare-related real estate, including senior housing and medical office properties. The core-plus fund is targeting net returns of 10 percent to 11 percent.
This is Artemis Real Estate Partners’ first healthcare-specific fund. The firm’s past two real estate funds invested across all major property types. Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund I closed in 2012 with $436 million. Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund II closed in 2014 with $580 million.
