Slovakian developer HB Reavis has entered the German market through the purchase of two sites in Dresden and Berlin with a total area of 3.5 hectares.
The Berlin site comprises two hectares at Landsberger Allee 104. HB Reavis intends to develop a business hub near the city center. The plans also include conference and event facilities, fitness areas and retail space.
The Dresden site has an area of 1.6 hectares near the city’s academic quarter.
HB Reavis is already present in the United Kingdom, Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.
