Commercial property developer HB Reavis has named Steven Skinner as its new U.K. chief executive.
Skinner will drive HB Reavis’ plans for growth across the United Kingdom and be responsible for a portfolio that includes the redevelopment of Elizabeth House in Waterloo and over-site development at Farringdon West Crossrail station in London.
Skinner joined HB Reavis U.K. in April 2017 as a director. Prior to joining HB Reavis, Skinner was head of BNP Paribas Real Estate’s West End office.
