Harrison Street, Torsion to develop 297-bed student housing project in U.K.

Harrison Street, alongside joint venture partner Torsion Developments, a U.K. platform focused on student housing, announced the construction of a 297-bed, five-story, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development on Traffic Street in Nottingham, United Kingdom.

The building will consist of a variety of en-suite cluster beds and studios with high-end amenities, including a lounge area, gym, game room, study zones and garden. The development is ideally situated within walking distance of Nottingham’s city center and several restaurants, bars, and entertainment options. The site on Traffic Street is also within a five-minute walk of the University of Nottingham’s soon-to-be-expanded and -refurbished city center campus.
