Harrison Street and Global Student Accommodation Group (GSA) have developed a 235-bed purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) property in Dublin.
The project will also include 37 build-to-rent (BTR) units, which will be managed through GSA’s Uninest Residences brand.
The property, currently known as Sweeney’s Corner, is centrally located in Dublin’s historic Liberties district near nightlife and shopping and within 10-15 minutes of Dublin’s most prestigious universities, including Trinity College Dublin, Dublin City University, Royal College of Surgeons, and Dublin Institute of Technology.
Sweeney’s Corner will primarily be designed with cluster beds, studios and one-bedroom apartments and will include top-of-the-line amenities such as communal spaces, gym, rooftop terrace, communal garden, concierge and a movie room. The project is expected to be completed prior to the start of the 2021 academic year.
