Harrison Street and T3N close on sport-oriented PBSA asset in Spain

Harrison Street and T3N Sport & Investment, an operating platform owned by T3N Group and ColivINN, have closed on a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) asset in Spain, known as ESC LaLiga & NBA Madrid Village, which consists of 450 beds across seven buildings.

The partners recently launched a joint venture to invest and develop sport-oriented student housing projects in the United States, Spain, Japan and Mexico.

The project, the official center for LaLiga and NBA in Spain under T3N agreements, has been operational since July 2022 and will complete the construction of an NBA facility before August 2023. The PBSA is complemented by an American school and top training facilities, such as two FIFA football fields, an NBA basket training facility and a high-tech indoor gym.
