Harrison Street has appointed Thomas Storgaard, who previously served as director and head of European acquisitions and development for Threesixty Developments, as an investment director in the firm’s London office.
Storgaard has built a career spanning more than 20 years in real estate investment and development throughout Europe. He previously formed part of the management team at Threesixty Development, an Oaktree Capital Management–owned real estate development platform focused on student accommodation. Previous to that position, he was the head of European acquisitions at HDG Mansur Investment Services, and before that, he held senior roles at Mansford Holdings and Heitman Financial.
Storgaard has earned degrees from the Niels Brock Copenhagen Business College, University of Reading’s Henley Business School, Copenhagen Business School and INSEAD.
