South Korea-based Hanna Asset Management Co. and Ocean West Capital Partners have plans to sell the 605,895-square-foot office at 300 E St. SW in Washington, D.C., known as Mary W. Jackson NASA Headquarters and Two Independence Square, according to The Washington, D.C. Business Journal. The sellers acquired the asset in 2017 for $360 million.
Hana has selected real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield as a sales advisor.
The property is located three blocks off the National Mall in the Southwest Submarket of Washington D.C.
