Stream Realty Partners has sold a 358,414-square-foot office building in Uptown Charlotte, N.C., for $201 million. The new owner is South Korean investor Hana Alternative Asset Management.
Stream completed a full-scale renovation, including a full elevator modernization, roof replacement, electrical upgrade, common-area renovations, and facade improvements.
Wells Fargo anchors the 15-story office building. Other tenants in the retail space include Middle C Jazz Club and the Public House restaurant.
