Hammes Co. has raised $285.2 million for its private equity fund Hammes Partners II, according to a filing with the SEC. The opportunistic fund, which will invest in healthcare real estate, has a $450 million equity target.
Recent investors in the fund include the $2.06 billion Fort Worth Employees’ Retirement Fundand the $11.2 billion New Mexico Educational Retirement Board.
