Hamilton Zanze, a San Francisco-based multifamily real estate investment firm, announced it has sponsored the purchase of Arnada Pointe, a 200-home, garden-style apartment community in Vancouver, Wash. The acquisition closed Feb. 12.
Mission Rock Residential, an affiliate of Hamilton Zanze, has assumed management of the property, which is 11 miles north of Portland, Ore., on the north bank of the Columbia River. The river forms the Washington and Oregon state lines and is the largest in the Pacific Northwest.
