GTIS Partners announced that Santander Brasil will relocate its corporate headquarters to Campus JK, the firm’s development currently under construction, in the second half of 2028.
Located approximately 1.5 kilometers (0.9 miles) from Santander’s current headquarters, Campus JK is a large-scale office development that will comprise more than 101,000 square meters (1.1 million square feet) of gross built area on a site of more than 15,000 square meters (161,500 square feet) that spans an entire city block on Avenida Presidente Juscelino Kubitschek in São Paulo, with access from the avenue itself as well as from Leopoldo Couto de Magalhães Júnior Street and João Cachoeira Street.
