Global Student Accommodation (GSA) has appointed Jennifer Bitterman as CFO. Based in New York City, Bitterman will join the executive leadership team of GSA and the broader Dot Group.
Bitterman joins GSA from Andover Properties, where she served as CFO since July 2023. At Andover Properties, she played a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the real estate investment firm, which is one of the largest private owner-operators of self-storage facilities in the United States. Prior to joining Andover, Bitterman held the CFO role at Cedar Realty Trust, a publicly listed REIT, and previous to that was at Morgan Stanley within its asset management team.
