Gruene Real Estate Partners and Weber & Co. have plans to develop a three-building industrial park with 1.4 million square feet in Denton County, Texas, which is north of Fort Worth.
“With its formation, the Weber-Gruene joint venture will operate as one cohesive unit,” said Ken Kristofek, owner and president of Gruene Real Estate Partners. “We will function seamlessly, bringing together a diverse set of capabilities to the development process, and enhance an already rich history of service and quality in Dallas-Fort Worth.”
Construction will start this summer with a completion set for next July.
The 50-acre Denton County project is just the first of multiple industrial projects the Weber-Gruene partnership plans to build.
