Griffin Capital selling DreamWorks Studio in Glendale, Calif., for $290m

Griffin Capital Co., on behalf of Griffin Capital Essential Asset REIT, has sold DreamWorks Animation’s Headquarters and Studio Campus, a five-building, 460,000 square foot property located in Glendale, Calif., for $290 million.

The REIT acquired the building in July, 2015 for $215 million.  The seller was represented by The Shannon Team of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
