Greystar has launched its South Korea platform with the opening of an office at One Grove in Seoul’s Magok District.
Junghwan Kang has been appointed as managing director and head of Korea, bringing more than two decades of experience in real estate investment and capital markets.
The South Korea platform will support Greystar’s continued expansion in the Asia Pacific region, building on the firm’s investment and development strategies across global gateway cities. Kang will report to Bianca Solomons, managing director for the broader region.
