Greykite has appointed Baptiste Meurisse and Silvia Cadau as it continues to expand its asset management and investment capabilities across Europe.
Meurisse will join in April and Cadau in March. Together, they bring more than 12 years of European real estate experience. The firm’s team now totals 16 professionals, with backgrounds at investment firms including TPG, Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Carlyle Group and Starwood Capital Group.
Meurisse joins from Blackstone, where he spent seven years as a principal on the real estate asset management team. He focused on residential platforms in Spain and Denmark, working with operating partners and senior executives on portfolio performance, capital expenditures, disposals and refinancing initiatives. At Greykite, he will oversee asset management and value creation across the firm’s investment strategies.
Cadau also joins from Blackstone, where she was a senior associate on the real estate acquisition
