Green Courte Partners has raised $162.7 million for its Green Courte Real Estate Partners IV fund, according to an SEC filing. The fund is seeking $500 million in equity commitments.
Green Courte Real Estate Partners IIIheld a final close of $406.9 million in September 2011. Green Courte Real Estate Partners and Green Courte Real Estate Partners II have invested in more than $1.1 billion of niche real estate investments.
Green Courte invests in niche real estate, such as manufactured-home communities and parking assets, according to the firm’s website.
