Gravis launches new digital infrastructure fund

Gravis Advisory, a subsidiary of infrastructure and real estate investment specialist Gravis Capital Management, has launched its fourth open-ended investment company, the VT Gravis Digital Infrastructure Income Fund.

The fund will invest in companies that own physical infrastructure assets that are vital to the digital economy, such as data centers, telecommunications towers, fiber optic cable companies, logistics warehouses  and the digitalization of transportation. The new fund is expected to deliver capital growth by investing through market cycles in global listed securities, including real estate investment trusts, equities and bonds, according to Gravis.

Matthew Norris, director of real estate securities at Gravis, will manage the fund.
