A fund managed by Australia’s Goodman Group has sold six China Mainland logistics properties to New World Development for $337 million, according to a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange.
The properties total a 531,000-square-meter (5.7 million-square-foot) portfolio of properties in the cities of Chengdu and Wuhan. It includes five completed projects, a developing project and a land parcel to be developed.
