Goodman Group has raised $455 million of equity for the Goodman Hong Kong Data Center Partnership (GHKDC), the only private institutional investment platform focused exclusively on Hong Kong’s data center market.
Proceeds will predominantly fund the mechanical and electrical fit-out of Goodman HKG10, GHKDC’s data center in Tsuen Wan, which Goodman will operate. The project repurposes an existing Goodman warehouse located within one of Hong Kong’s established data center availability zones into a modern, high-tier facility, with the first capacity ready for service in early 2028.
