Goldman Sachs Asset Management together with Tene Living closed the acquisition of Alto, Montana and Dakota, three build-to-rent assets totaling 261 units in Wembley Park, London, from Quintain.
Wembley Park is an 85-acre multifamily-led, mixed-use regeneration scheme, centered around the iconic Wembley Stadium. The scheme is designed to be a vibrant “15-minute neighborhood,” with tenants a stone’s throw away from 1.7 million square feet of leisure, commercial and retail space.
