GLP converts food processing facility into logistics complex

GLP Pte has completed the redevelopment of GLP Park Dongguan Xinsha, converting an old single-story food processing facility into a modern multi-story ramp-up logistics complex spanning 270,000 square meters (2.9 million square feet).

Located in Ma Chung Town, Dongguan City, China, the park enjoys convenient access to the major trading ports of Guangzhou and Shenzhen, making it an ideal logistics hub to serve domestic customers providing third-party handling, storage, distribution and value-added services to the food and ecommerce industries in the Greater Bay Area.
