Ghelamco Group has sold the PwC campus close to Brussels Airport in Belgium to an international financial institution for €131.7 million ($160.4 million). The buyer appointed Lanesbrook as its adviser to support the acquisition.
The Assar Architects designed office building, arranged over 11 floors with a total office floorspace of 30,164 square meters (324,683 square feet) as well as nine roof terraces totaling a further 3,741 square meters (40,268 square feet), is fully leased to professional services firm PwC Belgium and MeetDistrict, the boutique co-working provider. PwC Belgium has pre-leased more than 75 percent of the BREEAM Excellent building on a 15-year lease in a high-quality, new development with flexibility and occupier wellbeing at its heart.
