Generali sells 50% stake in Paris office tower

Generali Real Estate and Antirion have chosen to sign a co-investment agreement which provides for the acquisition by Antirion of 50 percent of the shares in the vehicle owner of the Tour Saint-Gobain in Paris. Generali will keep the remaining 50 percent of the vehicle. The co-investment operation took place through the Antirion Global Fund Core Fund, whose reference shareholder is Fondazione Enpam.

La Tour Saint-Gobain, a 46-story skyscraper completed in December 2019, is the headquarters of the Saint-Gobain Group. Located in La Défense, the tower has a total surface area of more than 47,000 square meters (505,900 square feet) and includes catering spaces, a business center, an auditorium, a fitness area, and more than 1,100 square meters (11,840 square feet) of terraces and balconies.
