Generali Real Estate fund buys office in Paris

by Released

BNP Paribas REIM has just sold an office building with a useful floor area of 19,720 square meters (2.1 million square feet), located on 1-3 rue du Passeur de Boulogne in Issy-les-Moulineaux. The sale was made on behalf of the SCPI funds Accimmo Pierre and Accès Valeur Pierre, together with the OPCI fund BNP Paribas Diversipierre, to two funds managed by Generali Real Estate, S.p.A. Società di gestione del risparmio.

“Bord de Seine 2” is a modern building developed in 2003 and refurbished in 2014 that boasts high-quality fundamentals. It is perfectly located between the office hub of Pont d’Issy les Moulineaux and the future Grand Paris station of “Issy RER,” in the heart of the Western Crescent. It is right next to the tramway (T2), the RER C line and the future metro line 15.

“Bords de Seine 2” is fully leased to two major French financial institutions.
