Garrison Investment Group has raised $153.2 million for its third real estate fund, according to a filing with the SEC. Garrison Real Estate Fund III launched in 2013 with a $625 million fundraising goal. A final close was not disclosed.
The North America–focused debt fund’s predecessor Garrison Investment Group closed in 2011 with $575 million in equity commitments.
Garrison Investment is a middle-market credit- and asset-based investor. The firm was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in New York City. Garrison Investment Group has approximately $3.2 billion of assets under management.
