Garrison Investment Group, a New York–based multi-strategy investment manager, has raised $82.6 million for Garrison Real Estate Fund IV, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Garrison Real Estate Fund IV is a value-added, opportunistic real estate fund that will invest in hospitality, senior living, office and retail properties throughout the United States. The fund is seeking to raise $650 million, according to the filing.
The fund previously received a $75 million commitment from the $7.5 billion Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System in March.
Garrison Investment Group launched its real estate equity program to acquire more stabilized income-producing assets that can be held for longer duration.
