GARBE Industrial Real Estate has launched its light industrial business line with IndustrialQuarter, which is a brand already established by GARBE and so far has focused on the new-build segment.
The company will use its new unit to acquire standing inner-city properties in the light industrial and business park segments and assume the responsibility of subjecting the properties to extensive value creation and optimization processes. Whenever gap sites are involved or demolitions become necessary, the measures to be implemented could even include property developments. Henning Reusch, most recently head of real estate management and a member of the executive board, will take charge of the unit as new head of light industrial.
