Garbe and Bremer begin construction of Hanau logistics scheme

Garbe Industrial Real Estate and Bremer Projektentwicklung have begun construction of a state-of-the-art logistics center in the Hanau Technology Park in Germany. Following extensive revitalization, the new 20,000-square-meter (215,000-square-foot) scheme will serve as the headquarters for “tesa nie wieder bohren GmbH.” The completion is expected in the end of 2020.

The companies, acting via joint venture, had acquired the 35,000-square-meter (377,000-square-foot) property in the Hanau Technology Park a year ago. The site was formerly used for the production of fuel element for nuclear power plants. Following the purchase, the companies undertook a series of works to make the fallow land usable for logistic and commercial purposes.
