Galvanize Real Estate (GRE), the sustainable real estate strategy of Galvanize, has acquired a four-property, 300,000-square-foot industrial portfolio located in Milpitas, an infill submarket in the Interstate 880 East Bay corridor.
The acquisition marks GRE’s entry into California and expands the strategy’s portfolio to 3.5 million square feet nationwide.
