Galliard and Apsley to develop £500m regeneration projects

Galliard Homes have partnered up with Apsley House Capital in a joint venture with plans to develop £500 million ($642 million) worth of regeneration projects and create around 2,250 new homes in Birmingham, England.

The new residential developments include:

Timber Yard, Pershore Street, located in Birmingham’s dynamic Chinatown, with 379 contemporary apartments arranged across two statement buildings St Paul’s Quarter, due to launch in 2020, which will transform a four-acre section of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter and will comprise 305 units and townhouses and 9,132 square meter (98,297 square feet) of retail, leisure and commercial space Camden Yard, located in the Jewellery Quarter, which once approved will be situated on a four-acre site, featuring around 509 apartments and townhouses, with retail, convenience outlets and coffee shops.
