Fusion to develop first project in London, €243m PBSA scheme

Property developers Related Argent and Fusion have formed a partnership to build and manage a £210 million (€243 million/$255 million) student accommodation in north London named Brent Cross Town that features 662 rooms, an onsite gym and a coffee shop.

Fusion at Brent Cross Town will be Fusion’s first development in London. Due to open in autumn 2024, the site has been acquired in a joint venture between Fusion and Cheyne Capital and will join Fusion’s nine other accommodation schemes across the United Kingdom.

The new building will be three connected blocks that range from nine to 22 stories, offering a variety of student rooms, alongside communal amenity, and recreation spaces with two flexible commercial units on the ground floor.
