Franklin Real Asset Advisors completes transaction for multi-speciality healthcare centre in Padua, Italy

Franklin Real Asset Advisors, on behalf of the Franklin Templeton Social Infrastructure strategy, has entered into a sale and leaseback transaction for an 8,200-square-meter (882,640-square-foot) multi-specialty healthcare center in Padua, Italy.

The building will be fully leased to an established local operator on a long-term basis and will provide care beds, operating theaters, and diagnostic medical and physiotherapy spaces.
