Singapore-based property developer Fragrance Group has plans to sell its 29-story office tower near the Raffles Place central business district.
The sales price is $514.8 million.
Located at 15 Hoe Chiang Road in Tanjong Pagar district, the building occupies a 39,337-square-foot freehold site and can be redeveloped into a mixed-use residential and commercial project.
Bounded on three sides by Hoe Chiang Road, Lim Teck Kim Road and Cantonment Road to the south of the CBD, across from the Tanjong Pagar Terminal container port, the property, upon redevelopment with a new tower rising tall, will provide the future occupants astounding panoramic sea views toward the Sentosa Island and the Southern Islands in the context of the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront master plan, entailing waterfront live, work, play in an integrated and sustainable development.
