Foundry Commercial has acquired 8000 Baymeadows Way, a 32.2-acre office campus with 456,617 square feet of office space in Jacksonville, Fla.
The property consists of five buildings that previously served as an office campus. The new owner plans to redevelop the site.
8000 Baymeadows Way is located directly between Interstate 95 and U.S. Route 1 in the Butler/Baymeadows submarket of Jacksonville. This is the premier office submarket in Jacksonville, and the property benefits from connectivity to residential communities, sought-after schools, beaches, a variety of restaurants, and upscale retail such as The Pavilion at Durbin Park, Shops at Bartram Park and Grand Cypress Marketplace.
