Forum Investment Group has named Harry Alcock as managing partner – head of investments, a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s real estate acquisition, development, and asset management strategy. Alcock will lead the real estate organization, design investment strategies, and oversee disciplined capital deployment.
As a member of Forum’s executive leadership team and real estate investment committee, Harry will lead the expansion of the firm’s strategies to target high-growth sectors and emerging opportunities, strengthening its ability to navigate market dislocations, pursue strategic acquisitions, and manage risk for consistent performance.
Alcock brings more than 35 years of executive leadership in real estate investment and portfolio management, with a career spanning more than $40 billion in real estate transactions and oversight of more than $1 billion in credit deployment. Before joining Forum, he served for 1
