Yewande Fapohunda, a former principal at Trammell Crow Company, the wholly owned development arm of publicly traded CBRE, announced the launch of the real estate investment, development and consulting company, Akoni Advisory & Investments.

Akoni Advisory & Investments works with land sellers/contributors, equity partners, joint-venture collaborators, and design & engineering consultants. Its pipeline and prospects are throughout the United States, Caribbean, Latin America and Africa with a focus on:

Development: Market-rate and attainable housing as GP, co-GP or LP. Investment or acquisition: Stabilized multifamily and industrial assets as LP.
