Former Heitman executive vice president joins Tishman Speyer

Anne Westbrook has joined Tishman Speyer’s equity capital markets team as a managing director, leading the firm’s client relationships and capital raising across the United States.

Westbrook brings more than two decades of experience raising capital across a range of equity and debt strategies. She will manage investor relationships and long-term partnerships throughout the United States, connecting this investor base with a range of new initiatives and evolving investment opportunities. She will report to Nate Shanok, senior managing director and co-head of global equity capital markets, who has been with Tishman Speyer since 2005.

Westbrook comes to Tishman Speyer from Heitman, where she served as executive vice president. During her tenure, Westbrook raised capital for a number of equity and debt strategies across the risk spectrum, including a $3 billion credit fund focused on debt income trust and a global real estate fund that drove $760 million in assets und
