Josh Kawaii-Bogue has resigned from his position as portfolio manager at the $255 billion California State Teachers’ Retirement System (CalSTRS), joining Fairfield Residential as executive vice president of investment management.
Kawaii-Bogue served as portfolio manager at CalSTRS for 12 years, according to his LinkedIn page.
At Fairfield Residential, Kawaii-Bogue will serve as a member of the executive and investment committees and directly oversee the portfolio management, capital markets and project finance segments of the business.
He also will work with the acquisitions, development and asset management teams on investment strategy design and implementation across the company.
