Former British Land director joins Precede Capital Partners

Nigel Webb, a former director and head of development at British Land, one of the largest property development and investment companies in the United Kingdom, has joined Precede Capital Partners.

He will serve as a nonexecutive director on Precede Capital’s board, and will also sit on the firm’s credit and ESG committees.

Webb brings more than three decades of experience leading large-scale development projects at British Land. During his tenure, he spearheaded a number of notable

London office developments and oversaw British Land’s activities throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland across all sectors, including office, retail, residential and logistics.
