Former BlackRock global real estate CIO joins PolarBlue

Simon Treacy, a Singapore-based private equity real assets veteran of MGPA/BlackRock, CapitaLand and Lendlease, has become the executive chairman of PolarBlue.

The company has announced its global rollout of the world’s first fixed-price, zero-emission energy platform offering monthly costs lower than fossil fuels, renewables and nuclear. No up-front infrastructure payments are required.

PolarBlue owns the entire energy technology stack — including invented breakthroughs in materials, conversion and distribution — allowing the platform to scale direct-to-user across homes, industries and communities worldwide.
