The State Board of Administration of Florida is hiring a portfolio manager II to oversee and manage a portfolio of externally managed real estate investments.
The role supports the execution of the SBA’s real estate investment program through manager oversight, performance monitoring, due diligence and portfolio reporting.
The portfolio manager II will work under the direction of the senior portfolio manager for externally managed real estate investments.
The position also involves collaboration with real estate staff, consultants and external investment managers to support investment decision making and ensure investments adhere to objectives and guidelines.
