Flint Development has sold Capitol 95, a newly delivered 934,523-square-foot class A logistics facility at 211 Centreport Parkway in Fredericksburg, Va., for $172.1 million.
Developed by Flint Development and completed in 2026, Capitol 95 is a cross-dock warehouse and distribution facility, 100 percent leased to J.E. Richards, a critical power systems contractor serving the data center industry. The property features a 40-foot clear height, 158 dock doors, four drive-in doors, extensive trailer storage capacity, ESFR fire protection, high-quality office space and a trailer and vehicle parking configuration designed to accommodate modern large-scale logistics operations.
