First State Investments, an asset management firm owned by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, has appointed three infrastructure professionals — Volker Haussermann, Batiste Ogier and Mats Hope —to join its European direct infrastructure team in London.
Haussermann will serve as a director at First State. He previously worked as a vice president at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Infrastructure Europe (formerly RREEF), where he was responsible for identifying, analyzing and implementing investment opportunities and for the continued management of those businesses.
