The Fire & Police Pension Association of Colorado (FPPA of Colorado) has committed €25 million ($26.6 million) to Blackstone Real Estate Partners Europe VII (BREPE VII).
BREPE VII is looking to raise €10 billion ($10.64 billion) to invest opportunistically in a mix of high conviction European properties, portfolios and related real estate platforms.
The FPPA of Colorado has invested in other Blackstone real estate funds in the past, including a $25 million commitment to Blackstone Real Estate Partners X in July 2022.
As of Feb. 29, 2024, $274.3 million of the FPPA of Colorado’s $7.74 billion portfolio was allocated towards real estate investments, at market value.
